It seems that the previous owner of this place had been a wealthy retired businessman. He apparently had some stiff limbs, which explains the multiple bathtubs; and a fondness for video, thus the windowless in-home theater room, complete with padded walls. But he also must have been a bit paranoid … would you believe there are hidden cameras and bulletproof glass?
So at best we’re well protected, and at worse we’re under constant surveillance. The main thing for me is that Jip hasn’t said anything negative. At our old place she had a few pet peeves that she couldn’t let go of; now, she either hasn’t had time to invent any complaints, or the air and the lack of construction noise at night truly are better. Why not come see for yourself?

Congratulations on the new digs! It sounds very um, interesting, with all of the "extras." We're wishing you a good and relaxed and easy transition to your new home. Nathaniel and Fenner are just starting preschool and they have their own observation about transitions: it's tiring. Don't forget to take naps. :)
All the best from all of us!

Excellent. I am looking forward to seeing for myself. Until then it is great to get reports from you. I'm going to United Arab Emirates to vist my wife Oct. 6th but that is another story. Details later. LL&P, ~vincent b
Three bedrooms and a view no less. I am so glad that you live in the flow of things so well that the right opportunities and people just seem to flow into your lives at the right time. Also that your current life style is working well for both of you.
Much love, Barbara
